Tickets
- ID & Age: Challenge 25 enforced; bring valid photo ID.
- Adults: 16+ only.
- Children/Teens: Must be purchased by and attend with parent, legal guardian, or nominated guardian.
- Guardian Rules:
- Ages 10–12 & 13–17 must be accompanied.
- 10–14 by adult 26+, 15–17 by adult 30+.
- Max 4 teens per adult.
- Curfew: Teens with guardian after 10pm.
- Ticket Use: Non-refundable except via PayPal Purchase Protection.
- Promotions: Written permission needed for ticket/branding use.
General Rules
- Admission: Valid ticket required; right of admission reserved.
- Behaviour: Anti-social behaviour leads to ejection without refund.
- Alcohol: Reasonable amounts per ticket type.
- Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, glass, drones, fireworks, generators.
- Safety: Stages may close due to weather, capacity, or security.
- Line-up: Subject to change.
- Photography/Media: Attendees may be filmed; objections via organiser’s privacy contact.
- Pets: Only assistance dogs.
- Camping: Tents, caravans, campervans, and motorhomes in designated areas.
- Fires/BBQs: Only in designated areas; no naked flames, fireworks, or lanterns.
- Liability: Festival not responsible for events outside organiser control.
- Have Fun: Seriously, it’s mandatory.
Child Safeguarding
Under-16s must be accompanied at all times. The festival provides a safe environment for children.
Allows us to use any photos without having to get permission for future PR purposes only.
